Started career in Hotel Industry as a line cook after completing three is Diploma in Hotel Managemnet from a reputed Innstitute of North India and acheived highest level of hierarchy in kitchen up to Executive chef and later looked after the various role in F&B Operations.

Strong inside knowlage of menu planing, recipe costing to acheive the desired goal of profibility.
